This course provides a structured pathway through the Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD) methodology, one of the most evidence-based approaches to service improvement in health and care. From the initial taster through to facilitated co-design events, participants build the skills to partner authentically with patients, families, and staff to redesign care services together. Delivered as a progressive series of modules, this course supports both new practitioners and those looking to deepen an existing EBCD practice.
