We're delighted to be exhibiting at HETT 2026, where we'll be joining health and care leaders to explore how technology, data and digital transformation can improve experiences and outcomes for patients and staff.

Visit us at stand I15 to find out how our research and insights help NHS organisations understand what matters most to patients, staff and communities.

Our team will be on hand throughout the event to discuss:

  • Measuring and improving patient, staff and community experience
  • Using feedback and insights to drive quality improvement
  • Supporting NHS organisations with research and evaluation
  • How experience data can inform digital transformation and service redesign

Naomi Stockley

Join Picker's Learning and Development Lead, Naomi Stockley, for an interactive session introducing Experience Based Co-Design (EBCD) – a proven approach that puts the lived experiences of patients, carers and staff at the heart of service improvement.

Using real examples of co-designed digital interventions, Naomi will explore how experience-led innovation can help overcome barriers to digital transformation. You'll also have the opportunity to try practical EBCD tools, identify emotional 'touchpoints' in experiences of care, and discover how these insights can lead to more inclusive, effective digital health design.
