AJ is a National Programme Lead at Picker, where they lead the delivery of nationally commissioned survey programmes focused on patient experience, including the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey, and the U16 Cancer Patient Experience Survey. They are responsible for programme design, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

AJ has a background in research, analytics, and data science, with extensive experience working with large-scale datasets and delivering mixed-methods studies to support service improvement. Prior to their current role, they led analytical and quality assurance work across national surveys at Picker. 

They have worked across healthcare and research settings, including with the NIHR CLAHRC Northwest London, supporting initiatives to improve person-centred care in partnership with NHS organisations.
