Christian Black is Picker’s IT Manager, leading the organisation's technology strategy, IT operations and information security. He is responsible for ensuring our technology services are secure, resilient and supports the organisation's mission to improve people's experiences of health and social care.

Christian has more than 25 years' experience in IT leadership, with expertise in digital transformation, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, information governance and business continuity. Christian works closely with colleagues across Picker to deliver reliable, innovative IT services that support our staff. 

Before joining Picker, Christian spent over two decades at Jaywing, an award-winning creative, media and data agency, where he progressed to Head of IT and Data Protection Officer, leading technology services across the UK and Australia.
