Esther is a Senior Research Associate working on both short- and longer-term research projects, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. She has experience in designing and conducting health-related research and service evaluation projects within the academic, charity, pharmaceutical and NHS sectors.

Esther joined Picker in 2003 following completion of her PhD at Lancaster University which examined child morbidity in West Cumbria.
