Sarah is an experienced HR professional who has worked across public, private and not-for-profit organisations supporting large global corporates as well as small local businesses. Sarah’s most recent role before joining Picker in July 2023 was as Director of HR for a schools trust across Buckinghamshire.

Sarah is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a MSc in Human Resource Management.  She has a keen interest in staff wellbeing and development and supporting diversity and inclusion.
