This year’s Impact Report shows how we continue to influence, inspire, and empower change towards our vision of delivering the highest quality person centred care for all, always.

From capturing over a million experiences of care worldwide to strengthening capability through co-design and learning, our work continues to demonstrate how understanding what matters to people can transform care at every level, from individual interactions to system-wide improvement.

We’ve supported organisations across more than 80 countries, expanded our global partnerships, and integrated new learning and development approaches into the Picker ecosystem. These stories show how, in a time of ongoing pressure and change across health and care systems, experience remains a vital source of insight to guide better, more compassionate care.

Highlights from the year

Global insight, system-wide impact
Our work continues to connect individual experiences to broader system change. This year, more than one million experiences of care were gathered across over 80 countries, helping organisations understand how care is delivered and where it can be improved.

Measuring what matters at scale
Through our evidence-based tools and programmes, we supported over 300 organisations worldwide creating more than 1.9 million opportunities to listen to, understand, and act on people’s experiences of care.

Building capability to improve care
This year marked a significant step forward with the integration of the Point of Care Foundation’s Experiences of Care programme. Through co-design approaches such as Experience-Based Co-Design, we’ve supported hundreds of professionals to work in partnership with patients, families, and staff to redesign services and deliver meaningful improvement.

Community, collaboration and recognition
The Picker Experience Network Awards and our growing communities continue to bring people together to share learning and accelerate change. This year’s awards welcomed 350 attendees, 88 judges, and 110 finalists showcasing excellence in person centred care across diverse settings and countries.

Looking ahead

We are focused on:

  • Strengthening how organisations translate insight into day-to-day practice.
  • Expanding our learning and development offer to build capability for improvement.
  • Growing international benchmarking and collaboration to share learning globally.
  • Ensuring experience-led evidence continues to shape policy, system design, and the future of care.
